Our Security Procedures
We take information security seriously and have implemented a security program including administrative, technical, physical and managerial measures that is reasonably designed to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse and unauthorized access or disclosure.

Updating server and application software on a reasonable cycle to ensure that known threats arecatered for.
Updating encryption certificates to ensure that data transfers are as secure as possible.
Regular reviews of server access and server logs.

Data Retention and Destruction of your data
We will retain your data for its intended purpose unless;
The data is no longer relevant and can be deleted;
You request that your data be deleted;
We will permanently delete the primary and all backup copies of data sets that we hold if requested.
Partial deletion of information we hold in backups may not be possible without compromising thebackup, however if the data backup is solely for your use then you can direct us to permanentlydelete the entire backup.
Backups of your primary data is taken on regular basis and is retained for up to a year.
